Matrix Academy School celebrated the World Environment Day on 5th June with great enthusiasm and a spirit of responsibility. The day began with pledge and short address highlighting the ban on plastic and the importance of environmental conservation.
Students actively took part in various eco-friendly activities such as leaf texture painting, bird feeder making, dustbin designing using recyclable materials, poem writing, stone painting , slogan writing to spread awareness about environmental issues and a tree plantation drive. The day also included a special PPT viewing session, where all students watched presentations on key environmental issues and possible solutions. Post presentations, students shared their views and suggestions, showing deep understanding and concern for nature. All activities promoted the use of sustainable materials avoiding plastic, encouraging students to think creatively while caring for the Earth. The celebration left everyone inspired to take small but meaningful steps towards a greener future.
