If anyone will ask me what is MAS to me, I have just 1 word to say – VISION… MATRIX is a vision seen by my Beloved Wife,
Mrs. Jaya R Tendolkar… With our conjoint efforts and with the efforts of our supporting Team, we gave it a life in the month of June of the year 2008… Ever since then, like a strong Tree, it has been growing and flourishing with the tender love, care and support of my Wife, our efficient Team members and Staff and most importantly, our Dear Students…

Dreaming requires one person.. But to make it come it come true, requires a ‘Team’… I am glad to acknowledge that MAS has a ‘Dream-team’.. Right from the Principal to the Clerk, each person is equally involved to bring out the Best in our Wards… And that is why, we have an increasing rise of children with every passing year…

This quote continues to inspire me and my Wife, Co-founder of the School, which is why we decided to open up a School and thereby contribute to the society…As they say- “Give a man a bowl of rice, You feed him for a day… But teach him how to grow his rice,and you will save his life” … Such is the impact and importance of education…It is the most priced asset that an individual can own…

And as a Chairman, all I aim is to gift more and more people the joy of Education,and to lift them away from the clutches of Ignorance..Education informs the past,guides the present and shapes the future…So my lifelong effort would be to serve my Nation by shaping the future of many more generations.
